Management Team
The Management Team's task is to prepare the group's business plan and make investment decisions together with the CEO. Each member of the Management Team is responsible for the operational activities within their area of responsibility.
Board of Directors
Caruna's Board of Directors is responsible for the Group's strategic development and for monitoring and steering the Group's business operations and governance.
Caruna is owned by the Finnish pension insurance company Elo (7.5%) and international investors KKR (40%), Ontario Teachers' (40%) and AMF (12.5%).
