Caruna feedback survey lottery rules

Caruna will draw five GoGift SuperGiftCards worth €20 each among customers who provided feedback about the Hannes storm.

  1. Caruna will draw five GoGift SuperGiftCards worth €20 each among customers who provided feedback about the Hannes storm.
  2. Respondents to the customer satisfaction survey will participate in the draw if they provide their phone number in the survey.
  3. A person can participate only once. Caruna employees are not eligible to participate.
  4. The draw will take place no later than the end of January 2026.
  5. The winner’s phone number, provided in the survey, will be shared with the service provider GoGift for delivery of the gift card. GoGift will send the gift card via SMS to the winner’s phone number.
  6. Personal data will be processed only for the purpose of the lottery. For more information about Caruna’s data processing, please see our privacy notice at caruna.fi/customerregister.
  7. The lottery and its rules are valid until 30 January 2026.
