Contractor's Caruna Plus

The Caruna Plus service for contractors is designed for use by the electrical contractor of a Caruna customer.

Service content

In the service, you will find a general request form that allows you to order from us, among other things, the connection of a new connection to the electricity network, the meter relocation and power outage required when renewing a switchboard, or request a connection permit for production equipment.

How to start using the service

Register as a user of the service with the Contractor role, using either your company’s or your personal online banking credentials.

You will also need a valid email address for your username. After registration, you can access the service with your own credentials.

Please note that each contractor creates their own credentials in the service, which they can use to access it.

Forgotten Password or Changing Your Password

If you forgot your password

  1. Click Log in at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Select Contractor as your user profile.
  3. Click Forgot your password?
  4. On the next page, scroll down and click Forgot your password? again.

To change your password

  1. Log in to Caruna Plus.
  2. On the homepage, select Manage username.
  3. On the next page, click Change password next to your name in the top right corner.
