What is the general information form used for?

Based on the general information form, we order from our contractor, among other things, the connection of a new connection to the electricity network, the meter relocation and disconnection from grid required when renewing a switchboard, or the connection of own production to the electricity network. The form is also used for fuse change notifications. Therefore, it is important that the form is filled out correctly and that other necessary matters are taken care of.

Fill out the general information form in Caruna Plus when you have the job details and have ensured that the customer you represent has completed the necessary actions regarding electricity contracts and the electricity connection agreement. Changes to main fuses or pre-metering fuses must be reported before the change or immediately afterwards. Fuses may only be increased up to the connection right.

Notify the installation of generation equipment no later than one week after the installation date. Generation equipment must not be put into use before the network company’s connection approval.

The general information form confirms that installation or modification work on the customer’s electrical equipment is carried out in compliance with standards so that the equipment does not pose a danger or disturbance to the user, the environment, or the electricity network.
