Processing and delivery times

The delivery time for work ordered from our partner contractor is 15 working days, which consists of the form processing time and our contractor’s delivery time.

Work ordered from Caruna’s partner contractor

The delivery time for work ordered from our partner contractor is 15 working days; processing takes five working days, and our contractor’s delivery time is 10 working days. Processing time may be longer if the customer’s electricity sales contract is missing or the connection agreement is not up to date for the work.

In exceptional situations (such as storms caused by natural phenomena) and during spring, summer, and autumn peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than stated.

Forms submitted with incorrect or incomplete information will extend the processing and delivery time of the order.

For orders, the form must include the billing details of the payer. An exception is the connection of a new permanent electricity connection to the network, the cost of which is included in the price of the connection.

If installations are not carried out according to our instructions and standards by the agreed time, an additional visit by Caruna’s partner contractor will be charged to the end customer according to our service price list.

Depending on the reported installation or modification work, we order the necessary measures from our contractor:

  • Connection of a new permanent or temporary connection
  • Reconnection of an upkeep connection
  • Temporary disconnection required for changing the connection cable
  • Installation of an additional meter
  • Meter relocation, replacement, or removal
  • Voltage outage
  • Activation of load control
  • Meter sealing and pulse reading connection

Connecting generation equipment to the electricity network

The processing time for notifications regarding commissioning of generation equipment and electricity storage is two working days.
