Customer Service lottery rules
Caruna will draw one GoGift gift card (value 20 euros) once a month among respondents to customer satisfaction surveys through customer service channels (phone, chat, and Caruna+).

- Caruna will draw one GoGift Super gift card worth 20 euros among the participants once a month.
- The raffle is open to anyone who has contacted Caruna's customer service by phone, chat, or used Caruna's self-service channel Caruna+ to manage their affairs.
- Respondents to the telephone service's customer satisfaction survey will be automatically entered into the draw. Respondents to the chat and Caruna+ customer satisfaction survey will participate in the raffle if they provide their own phone number in the survey.
- A person can only participate in the raffle once a month, regardless of how many times they have used Caruna's services. Caruna's personnel cannot participate in the draw.
- The draw takes place on the fifth working day of each month.
- The phone number of the gift card winner from which he/she has called or provided in an inquiry will be handed over to the Service Provider GoGift for the delivery of the Gift Card. GoGift will send the gift card via SMS to the winner's phone number.
- The personal data you provide in connection with your participation will only be processed for the purpose of the prize draw. If you want more information about the processing of personal data at Caruna, you can read our privacy statement at caruna.fi/customerregister.
- The draw and the rules of the draw are valid until 31 December 2024.
