New Terms of Network Service effective from 1 December 2024
The Terms of Network Service apply to Caruna's customers who have agreed to the electricity network service. The change does not require any action from the customers.
Why are the terms of service changing?
The basis for the changes in the terms is the changing legislation, significant changes in circumstances, the updating of outdated contractual or pricing arrangements, and the implementation of measures necessary for energy conservation.
In addition, some minor changes have been made to the terms that do not affect the essential content of the contractual relationship.
With the new terms of service, electronic communication will increase
According to the new Terms of Network Service, confirmation notices, price or other contractual changes, or any other messages mentioned in the terms can be sent to the customer's email instead of by postal mail.
Customers can review and, if necessary, update their contact information by logging into Caruna+ at plus.caruna.fi/en. If customers still wish to receive contractual notices by postal mail, they can inform Caruna's customer service.
