Submit a fault report to Caruna

The quickest way to receive help is to use the chat service on the outage map. We are at your service 24 hours a day

Check the outage map first

Check the power cuts on the outage map  before submitting a fault report. The map is updated every few minutes. If the power cut shows on the map, submit a fault report only if you have more specific information on the cause of the fault. It could be, for example, a tree that has fallen on a power line, a sparking transformer substation, a fallen pole, snow burdens on electric wires or a tilted distribution cabinet.

Contact us 24/7 using the chat feature on the outage map and speed up fault repairs

Report faults quickly using the chat feature on the outage map, and we will get your fault report right away. Fault repairs are faster when we get information from you on what may have caused the fault (for example, a tree leaning on a power line).
