  2. We serve the media via email at media(a)caruna.fi. We respond to messages within one business day. Please note that customer inquiries sent to this email address will not be forwarded to our customer service team!   3. Please contact Caruna’s media phone line only for urgent matters, such as power outages. The media phone line is available on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm. If we are unable to answer, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The media phone line is available after 3 pm and on weekends only during major disruptions caused by severe weather affecting our electricity network.

For urgent media enquiries, the media phone line is available on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm +358 20 520 5500. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer immediately.
