We help you when you need more information about Caruna or would like to interview our experts
We serve media representatives via email at media(a)caruna.fi. We respond to messages within one working day. Please note that customer enquiries sent to the media email address will not be forwarded to Customer Service. You can find Customer Service contact details here.
If you are looking for information about power outages, please first check the situation on the outage map.
The media phone number and email address are intended for use by newsrooms and journalists only. We kindly ask customers to contact Customer Service.
Media phone service for newsrooms in urgent matters on weekdays
We provide a dedicated media phone service for newsrooms on weekdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, tel. +358 20 520 5500. If we are unable to answer immediately, please leave a message. You can leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Outside these hours and at weekends, the media phone line is only available during major power outage situations when severe weather causes significant disruption.
Image material and photography
Are you interested in coming to film or photograph? The construction of the electricity network involves many interesting phases of work. We are happy to offer media representatives opportunities to film, photograph and create stories at our worksites across the network area. Please contact Caruna Communications at media(a)caruna.fi.
