We will introduce the digital mail service Kivra

As of 2 January 2024, Caruna's private customers will have the opportunity to receive electricity distribution invoices through the digital mail service Kivra. You can also pay and archive your invoices in the service.

If you are already using Kivra, we will automatically send your electricity distribution invoices to Kivra as of 2 January 2024. Caruna's contract confirmations will be sent to Kivra as of 1 March 2024 if you are using the service when you sign a contract.

Electronic invoices arrive in the digital mail service Kivra without delay, leaving more time for payment. The service can be shared with another person using Kivra, meaning that both users can view and pay received invoices.

You will receive a message from Kivra when a new invoice arrives and the due date approaches. The introduction and use of Kivra are free of charge.
