Information exchange system, datahub, for energy companies
Datahub is a common information exchange system for energy companies (electricity sales and electricity distribution companies), which was introduced in February 2022.
The system improves the activities of the electricity user, the electricity supplier and the party responsible for electricity distribution by providing all parties with up-to-date information on both contracts and electric meter data. In the future, all exchanges of information related to customers' supplier changes and moving will be made between sales and distribution companies via Datahub.
The electricity user finds information related to electricity use on Datahub, such as consumption data, contract and customer data for their point of delivery.
All the above data was transferred to the common information exchange system Datahub in February 2022.
Data security and protection are ensured, and the information is accessible only to those with rights to it. When the information is found in one place, its traceability is also easier.
